EQUIPMENT FABRICATION, PROCESS PIPING, MECHANICAL AND INSTRUMENTAL INSTALLATION |
Within the scope of this project;
- Equipment installation, process piping, mechanical and instrumental installation, isolation and painting were completed.
- Equipment Fabrication- Vessels: 8 carbon steel and 68 stainless steel vessels were fabricated.
- Equipment fabrication - Silos: 4 carbon steel and 9 stainless steel silos were fabricated.
- Equipment fabrication - Storage Tanks: 9 carbon steel and 5 stainless steel storage tanks were fabricated
- Special Process Equipment Fabrication: 2 carbon steel tanks with agitator ( 4m3 and 5m3), 40 m3 gravity seperator and 2 Stainless tanks with agitator (8m3 and 13m3) were fabricated.
- Mechanical and Instrumental Installation: Erection and installation of pre-fabricated equipment and ready items (pump, fan and motor etc.) were completed on site. Instrument installation consists of approximately 300 pieces. All ready items were supplied by the client.
- Process Piping: Within the scope of process piping; fabrication, heat tracing and insulation works were completed. 1325 m carbon steel pipe and 2480 m stainless steel pipe were fabricated and installed on site. 420 m of stainless steel pipes were jacketed pipes. Jacketed pipes were fabricate dand installed on site.
- Insulation: Steel storage tanks, piping and equipment were insulated. Total of 2480 m pipe and 1110 m2 equipment insulation were completed.
